Nos relations avec la France remontent aux années 80,
elles se concrétisent à cette époque, par l’importation de verres à vin.
Début des années 90, Moriyama confie à un maître verrier en Lorraine,
la réalisation de verres à vin à partir de ses propres dessins.
En 1995, la première boutique « Verre » ouvre à Tokyo.
Elle est ainsi nommée, pour rendre hommage aux verriers français.
Our relations with France date back to the 80s, through the import of
wine glasses.
At the beginning of the 90s, Moriyama entrusted a master glassmaker
in Lorraine, the production of wine glasses from his own designs.
In 1995, the first "Verre" shop opened in Tokyo.
It was thus named, to pay homage to French glassmakers.

Dans les années 90, nous élargissons notre gamme de produits importés : verreries, porcelaines et tout ce qui concerne des arts de la table.
Au cours de ces même années, les importations de porcelaines se détachent nettement des autres produits.
En parallèle, Moriyama développe la création d’articles originaux en verre, porcelaine et autres matériaux.
En 2007, la société exporte ses collections, tout d’abord vers les Etats-Unis puis en Europe.
Aujourd’hui, les créations Moriyama sont également distribuées au Moyen Orient et en Asie.
In the 90s, we expanded our range of imported products: glassware, porcelain and everything related to tableware.
During these same years, porcelain imports clearly stood out from other products.
At the same time, Moriyama developed the creation of original items in glass, porcelain and other materials.
In 2007, the company exported its collections, first to the United States and then to Europe.
Today, Moriyama creations are also distributed in the Middle East and Asia.
